Young grass fed lambs with a beautiful delicate flavour
Our pedigree Hampshire Down lambs are reared by our trusted farmer Trevor, roaming freely on open pasture and grazing on natural growing wildflowers and grass contributing a subtle and delicate flavour to the meat. We then ensure the excellent tenderness of these young lambs by dry ageing for a week before cutting and preparing your favourite cuts.
